What size are SimplePrints photo books? Are they high quality?
We currently offer high quality 8×8-inch hardcover and softcover photo books and plan on introducing 5×5-inch softcover books in the near future. All of our books are printed on professional grade 100# paper with premium inks at 2400 dpi resolution.
How much will my SimplePrints photo book cost?
Our 20 page softcover photo books can be purchased for as little as $14.99 plus shipping. Or you can choose a hardcover 20 page book for only $29.99 plus shipping. Want more than 20 pages? No problem! You can add up to 200 pages to your photo book for only $0.50/page after the first 20.
Shipping costs via USPS First Class Mail are $5.39 for recipients within the United States; International orders will be charged $11.99 for shipping.
How will my SimplePrints photo book be shipped and when will I receive it?
Once your photo book has been printed we will send it to you via USPS First Class mail which generally takes 4-7 business days for recipients within the United States. International shipments may take up to 2 weeks to be received. We will send you a confirmation email once your SimplePrints photo book has shipped, including a tracking number for the package.
Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
If you need your SimplePrints photo book sooner, please contact us at: email@example.com as soon as possible after you place your order to let us know. We can offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

How do I make a new SimplePrints album?
Using our app to make your book is super simple! Just go to your “My Books” page on the app and tap on the blue “Create New Book” button at the bottom of the page to start a new album.
How do I add captions to my SimplePrints photo book?
To add captions to your photos simply tap on a photo that you have added to your book and select the option to “Add Caption”.
How do I edit or remove pages in my SimplePrints album?
If you need to edit or remove a page, simply tap the photo in your album and select the option to “Edit Page” or “Remove”.
Can I add more than one photo to a single page in my SimplePrints album?
Yes, simply tap on a photo that you have added and select the “Edit Page” option.
Can I make changes to my SimplePrints photo book after I place my order?
We are happy to accommodate changes to your order when possible, however we maintain a very quick turnaround time in order to honor our expected delivery times. If you need to edit your book, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one hour of placing your order so we can put your order on hold prior to printing your photo book.
What if I need to cancel my SimplePrints order or need a refund?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within one hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee a refund for any requests received later than one hour after purchase but we do our best to accommodate all customers.
How long are my SimplePrints albums saved on the app? Can I delete an album?
All of your albums are saved forever until you decide to delete them. After you purchase a book you can always come back to update and purchase a revised copy of your book. If you need to delete one of your albums, simply go to “My Books”, swipe from right to left on your book and choose the “Delete Book” option.
What are your hardware and software requirements?
SimplePrints works great using iOS 5 or later on the following devices:

Can I use SimplePrints to make photo books on my Android or Computer?
Can I have multiple accounts on one device?
SimplePrints can only store one account per device at this time. If you’ve accidently created multiple accounts, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can merge your accounts.
I forgot my SimplePrints password – how do I reset it?
Our latest version of SimplePrints available in the App Store allows you to reset your password automatically. Please update SimplePrints on the App store for new features, better performance, and the ability to reset your password.
I’m having issues with the app/unable to upload or edit photos/other technical problems.
Most issues encountered while using SimplePrints can be solved by following these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your internet connection. A bad or weak connection is often the cause when having trouble uploading photos and may result in missing pages in your book.
- Make sure you are using the most recent version of SimplePrints. Check for updates in the App Store if you’re running into errors or glitches.
- If SimplePrints is updated and you have a strong internet connection, please try force closing the app to restart it. This will solve most problems our users encounter. Click here to learn how to force close your app.
